Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ATSA Practice Tests, including free previews, paid training access, accounts, performance tools and related online services.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, using the Service, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase access or use the Service.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the law that applies to you.

2. Independent preparation service

ATSA Practice Tests is an independent test-preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or any other testing authority.

Our exercises are designed to train cognitive skills, task formats and preparation methods relevant to the ATSA based on publicly available information and candidate-reported formats. We do not claim to reproduce confidential, live or proprietary test questions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password confidential and protecting access to your account.

Accounts are personal and intended for one user. You may not sell, transfer, share or provide your login credentials to another person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Paid access and duration

Unless a different offer is clearly displayed at checkout, paid access is a one-time purchase of 90 consecutive days of full platform access from activation. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

During the active access period, you may use the included training modules, simulations, guides, answer review, performance tools and training history for your own personal preparation, subject to these Terms and reasonable technical limitations.

Expiration of access does not create an automatic renewal or recurring charge. If you want a new access period after expiration, you must make a new purchase.

5. Prices and payments

The price, currency and access period shown at checkout are the terms that apply to your purchase. Taxes or payment-provider charges, where legally applicable, may also apply.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Depending on PayPal availability and eligibility, you may pay using a PayPal account or supported credit/debit card. PayPal processes your payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.

ATSA Practice Tests does not store your full payment-card number or card security code in its application database. We may retain payment references such as PayPal order/capture identifiers, payment status, amount, currency and transaction timestamps so we can verify payment and activate access.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Because paid access is a digital service made available immediately after successful payment, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been activated.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds for change of mind, unused or partially used access time, changes to your test date, failure to use the Service, dissatisfaction with a result, or a decision not to take the ATSA.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, warranty or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If applicable law requires us to provide a refund or other remedy, that law will apply.

Any voluntary refund or credit offered in a particular case does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in other cases.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal preparation purposes. You may not:

  • share, resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute access;
  • copy, republish or systematically extract our exercises, guides, explanations, interfaces or databases;
  • use bots, scraping tools or automated systems to harvest content or interfere with the Service;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, security measures, timers, purchase checks or account restrictions;
  • reverse engineer the Service except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly allows it;
  • use the Service to infringe the rights of another person or violate applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, exercises, original questions, explanations, guides, design, graphics, scoring logic, interfaces and branding, is protected by intellectual-property laws and remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your access period. It does not transfer ownership of any content or software to you.

9. Results and no guarantee

Practice scores, readiness indicators, analytics and recommendations are preparation tools only. They are not official FAA scores and do not guarantee any particular ATSA score, referral status, employment outcome or hiring decision.

Actual assessments, scoring methods, hiring standards and test formats can change. You remain responsible for verifying official instructions and requirements from the relevant authority.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but online services can experience maintenance, outages, browser incompatibilities, network problems or other interruptions. We may update, improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

If a material service failure prevents delivery of paid access, we will handle the issue in accordance with applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being shared, abused, used fraudulently, used to attack the Service, used to extract protected content, or otherwise used in material breach of these Terms.

We will not use this section to avoid obligations or remedies that applicable consumer law requires us to provide.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and payment services, including Cloudflare and PayPal. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or identical to any future official assessment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

14. Applicable law and mandatory rights

These Terms operate subject to applicable law. If the law of your country or region gives you mandatory consumer protections that conflict with these Terms, those mandatory protections take precedence to the extent required by law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, payment arrangements, legal requirements or business practices change. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will apply prospectively except where law requires otherwise.

16. Contact

For questions about these Terms, a purchase, your access or a legal request, contact us using the customer-support channel associated with your account or purchase communications.
